1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and without penalty. Simply send your withdrawal notice with your order number by e-mail (iletisim@mesalezeytinyagi.com) or via WhatsApp.

2. Return Conditions

For food safety and hygiene reasons, only products that are unused, resalable and whose packaging, protective strip and seal are unopened can be returned. The invoice and any gift/promotional items must be returned complete with the product.

3. Return Process

After your withdrawal notice, a return shipping code is sent to you; the product must be shipped within 10 days of the notice. Returns sent with our contracted carrier are free of charge for domestic orders; if you choose another carrier, the cost is borne by you. For international returns, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product reaches us and is verified, the full amount you paid (including any delivery charges you paid) is refunded via your original payment method within 14 days at the latest from the date your withdrawal notice reached us. Your bank may take 2-10 business days to reflect the refund.

5. Damaged, Missing or Wrong Products

For products damaged in transit, missing or shipped incorrectly, all costs are borne by us. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the product will be replaced free of charge or refunded immediately.
