Is your olive oil extra virgin?
Yes. Our olive oil is cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil with a free fatty acidity of no more than 0.8% (as oleic acid). It is produced in compliance with the Turkish Food Codex Olive Oil Regulation.
Where does the product come from?
The country of origin is Türkiye. It is cold-pressed and presented in light-proof tin packaging.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and usually arrive within 2-4 business days. Shipping is free on orders of $85.00 or more.
Is payment secure?
All payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified Stripe infrastructure with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your card details are never stored on our site.
How should olive oil be stored?
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Olive oil may solidify in the cold; this does not mean the quality has deteriorated — it returns to normal at room temperature.
Can I return or exchange products?
You can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. For food safety reasons, opened products can only be returned if defective or damaged.
