This distance sales agreement sets out the rights and obligations between the buyer and the seller (Meşale Olive Oil) regarding the sale and delivery of products offered on the site.

2. Product and Price

Product specifications and sales prices including VAT are stated on the relevant product pages. Prices are valid until updated.

3. Payment

Payments are taken by credit/debit card through the secure Stripe infrastructure.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered to the specified address by courier. Delivery times are stated on the shipping page.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. For food products, the right of withdrawal is limited for opened packaging.
