1. Parties and Subject
This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the SELLER identified above and the BUYER who confirms the order form, pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Its subject is to set out the parties' rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the BUYER through this website.
2. Preliminary Information
The BUYER acknowledges having been clearly informed, before placing the order, about the essential characteristics of the products, the sales price including all taxes, the payment method, delivery terms and shipping costs, the conditions of the right of withdrawal, and the SELLER's trade name and contact details, and confirms this Preliminary Information electronically upon order confirmation.
3. Products and Prices
The type, quantity, brand and tax-inclusive sales price of the products are as stated in the order summary and the order confirmation e-mail. Published prices remain valid until updated; campaign prices apply until the stated end date. For orders below the free-shipping threshold, the shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary and is borne by the BUYER.
4. Payment
Payment is made by credit or debit card through the secure payment infrastructure (Stripe). Card details are never seen or stored by the SELLER; the payment page is hosted by the payment institution in compliance with international PCI-DSS standards. Sales within Türkiye are charged in Turkish Lira; international sales are charged in the selected currency (USD/EUR/GBP).
5. Delivery
Products are dispatched within 1-3 business days after order confirmation and delivered to the address provided by the BUYER — typically within 1-4 business days in Türkiye and 5-15 business days for international shipments depending on customs — without exceeding the statutory maximum of 30 days. If the product is found damaged upon delivery, the BUYER may refuse it by having a report drawn up with the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product to the BUYER or to a third party indicated by the BUYER. The withdrawal notice may be sent by e-mail to iletisim@mesalezeytinyagi.com or in writing. Upon withdrawal, the product must be returned within 10 days; the return procedure is described on the Withdrawal & Return Policy page.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for food products whose packaging, protective strip or seal has been opened, where return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal remains valid provided that the tin or bottle seal and packaging are unopened.
8. Disputes and Entry into Force
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence or where the transaction was made are competent for disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. By confirming the order, the BUYER accepts all terms of this agreement, which enters into force on the order date.
